Never buy from them online! I purchased a pearl bracelet for a friend and it never arrived. I asked them multiple times and they just kept forwarding the same reply about a location of which the package was never sent to!
Never purchase online from them! Lost $30 :(

El Cortes Ingles, Alicante: I wanted to exchange Sony headphones, which I had briefly worn, for a different model because they were pressing on my ear. I was even prepared to pay the difference. They refused. Exchanges only if they're defect?! I wasn't even allowed to try them out when I bought them. Buying a pig in a poke is allowed, but exchanging them is not. They're flouting EU law.

This department store should be closed as they are overpriced and unable to meet the needs of the 2025 citizen (it is like they live in Franco’s time!).
The website is substandard on web browser.
I managed to find the product I needed, it says ready to collect on the same date as purchase (shown as 3/5/25).
I have now checked and it won’t be ready until 20/5/25!!
It is a gift I need to collect by tomorrow.
This does not happen in developed countries.

AWFUL. Ordered an expensive jacket in January on-line. It didn’t arrive; someone else signed for it and they still have not given me a replacement or a refund! This is criminal behaviour. The worst service I have ever encountered.

I noticing that some items can be a bit pricier compared to other stores, but honestly, the quality makes it worth it for me. Plus, the shopping experience is always enjoyable! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great products and service

The quality of electronic products sold are very low, I bought satellite receiver Metronic Touchbox HD4 online and I was very disappointed with the quality of the receiver, software and hardware, you would think that a famous store will sell low grade products like that.

Terrible. More then a month ago. I have made an order... From 9 items, only two have arrived and the rest were cancelled.

Still waiting for the refund, and rhe return ticket.

Customer service terrible, keep gwtting automated emails and they keep asking me same questions like it is some kind of automated set up.

Anyhow, 256 euros still gone. Despite of numerous emails.

Beware of their promises. I ordered an electrical product as it was cheaper than elsewhere and the website estimated delivery in three days. I was charged a €6 Euro delivery fee (despite saying free shipping), but worse it now said that estimated delivery would be in a month! I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew I’d have to wait that long. Sure enough, check back on their website and the product still says get within 3 days. I complained to customer services. No apologies. Just told me I had to wait. I generally find customer service at these big chains poor in Spain (no refunds/exchanges for faulty goods), but this one is a new one on me and I feel constituted false advertising.

Hi everyone. I am very desperate. I made order at 8th of October for 1200 euro. I don't have my order, and I don't have my money. Called about 20 times, wrote several emails on their email, wrote emails even to the directory. It's almost 5 months and I don't have anything. Don't know what to do. El Corte is like Mafia!!!! Don't buy anything PLEASE. Or you will end without money and eyes full of tears!!!

As usual very bad experience with these guys. They canceled the order 1 month later hence I could not buy the product on discount anymore. I have ordered from them 3 times always something goes very wrong. Me, my family and friends will never buy from here again I advice you not to use them either.

I bought two scarfs recently in Malaga. The selection was excellent - huge and high quality. But the salespeople were the worst I've ever encountered. Is it because I don't speak Spanish? They acted like I was bothering them and one gave me the dirtiest look when I asked if a scarf were on sale. My friend was with me and she too was shocked by the rudeness.

Awful experience! Ordered on January 22nd, and now, February 11th, I still have no items and no refund. I’ve called countless times, but they ignore me and offer no solution. Terrible service—avoid this company!
