Have used PureVPN for years. Had some troubles 3-4 times. Every time their support team are great to find solutions. Last night I had support by Uzair - he was kind and fast in finding the optimal solution.

I had to complete a PC reset and then needed to reinstall PureVPN. It wouldn't reinstall. So signed on in the members Area, connected to the Chat box, very quick response, tried everything suggested none of which worked. Handed over to a consultant, Furqan, who sent me a link which I installed successfully and PureVPN now working as advertised. Fantastic technical support. Thank you Furqan. Great company. 100% recommended.

PureVPN continues to impress me with their 100% uptime and excellent throughput for all domains around the world in which I have interests.
