I just purchased an Airoh helmet ($340) from this site for approx. $365 total. I went to track the package, which states it’s expected tomorrow and there are additional fees owed to UPS. When you click for the amount, it lists $537 additional due. The transaction listed no possibility of additional fees.

I bought a Knox Urbane pro MK3. I had some Questions, which Chromeburner answered immediately over email. Delivery was 6 days to NZ - excellent.
Re the Urbane MK3, I normally buy large, but according to Knox's sizing I was Medium. Their sizing is correct and very pleased that it fits great! And Wow utterly fantastic on a hot day, getting used to using layers now. Thanks Chromeburner - Excellent Service

Terrible service, ordered sena 10r and the unit was faulty, wouldn't charge so sent back, got a refund but had to pay for shipping and wait until it was returned before getting refund. I ended up ordering from another site. They also sell over priced key rings to make up a minimum spend shipping cost. Avoid at all costs.

The ordering process is seamless, and I received my items in a timely manner. The packaging is secure, ensuring that my items arrive in perfect condition. I did have a question regarding my order,the customer service team was quick to respond and answer the question to my satisfaction.

Hi Paul, just going from your first name we can't find any recent email contact, so we honestly can't really comment on this review without knowing what may have happened. If you can give us more information, please feel free to do so and we might be able to help you out further.
I ordered a new helmet and when you order there is a statement you must agree to. The statement tells you that Helmets being shipped to the UK will not be subject to import VAT. I then got an email from Fedex to tell me helmet was on its way but i had to pay the import VAT of over £43 to get my item. I contacted Chromeburner who seemed receptive but now the email chain has went dead.
I'll be happy to upgrade to 5 stars if they can help with the import VAT as i feel its been a misleading journey. Delivery was quick and items were as advertised, so again ill be happy to revise my review if they can help.

Chromeburner have supplied me with two scorpion Exo helmet over the last couple of years never had a problem from ordering and delivery great customer service and great prices.. I'm from the UK and @chromeburner from Holland 🇳🇱 and always get a delivery within a few days..🙏🏼😁

Ordered a nolan crash helmet for £210 and have just received an email from FedEx demanding £50 duties for the helmet . I see from other reviews this is common practice by the company. The uk government does not charge vat on motorcycle crash helmets and at no point during checkout did I tick a box to acknowledge this . Chromeburner have now paid the vat for me very efficiently on their part and it's now sorted so I've amended to 5 stars
